  • Children are our most vulnerable citizens. How well we take care of our children as a society reflects our priorities, our ability to be forward thinking, and our willingness to work for the common good.

  • No one agrees with everything happening within a public school. Hell, I don’t even agree with some decisions I am forced to make.

  • The ideology educators bring to work is kindness and belonging.

  • If the trends we see continue unchecked or worsen, it is nearly impossible for me to see a future where public schools continue to be a viable option for middle- and upper-class America.
